I have managed to get the meter reading for us again, it appears that at some point in the past your power had been wired around the meter to avoid it being recorded, as such we were unable to get an accurate read for your consumption, we have decided that from the signup date until 1pm on the 12th of May we will no calculate any estimated charges so your bill will be very very small for this month.
